Booking
Appointments are booked online through Fresha. You will receive a confirmation message with the studio address and a number to call or message if you have trouble finding us on the day.
Arriving
Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment. Treatment times are hands-on time, so allow an extra 10 to 15 minutes for a short consultation and changing, especially on your first visit.
Cancellations and late arrivals
Cancellation notice, deposits and late-arrival terms are set in Fresha when you book and will be shown here once confirmed.
Gift vouchers
Electronic vouchers are bought through Fresha. Printed vouchers are ordered by email and can be posted or collected at the studio. Voucher validity will be confirmed here.
